Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Systems, the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) of Student Information Systems (SIS) is a key leadership role responsible for the effective delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of the University of Alberta's Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) and related enterprise applications.
