Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Automation Architect to identify design and enable automation solutions across enterprise Application Managed Services operations. This role is embedded within Global Service Delivery Operations teams and focuses on improving efficiency, quality and consistency by introducing practical automation into day‑to‑day Service & Support delivery workflows, platforms and tools.

This role works closely with regional delivery teams as well as global teams to align automation initiatives to common standards frameworks and reusable patterns. The ideal candidate combines strong service delivery process knowledge, enterprise platform experience and automation design skills to turn operational challenges into scalable automation solutions.
