• Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with customers and team members
• Handle cashier duties and process orders (both in-store and delivery platforms)
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Accurately record and manage delivery order details
• Prepare, heat, and package pastries according to order requirements
• Set up cups, ice, straws, and necessary items for delivery orders with attention to detail
