The Service Contract Specialist, a key member of the Service Back Office team, is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of service contracts. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Daily responsibilities

• Review and prepare data analysis and findings on service contracts profitability for review meetings using Power‑BI.
• Extract and prepare service contracts profitability summary card for management review.
• Prepare proposals for tender submissions to customer’s platform.
• Send contract proposals to customers promptly.
• Follow up with customers and revise contract proposals as needed.
• Review Master Service Agreement contract terms and conditions from customer to safeguard the company’s interests.
