Job Description

As a Service Charge and Systems Support, a typical day might include:

  • Supporting with service charges for the organisation, ensuring we maximise value for money, deliver a great service to our customers, and maintain strong compliance and controls at every step
  • Being an expert within the team and within the organisation around service charges and finance business systems, updates and improvement activity to deliver a great support service to the organisation
  • Supporting compliance, legislation and best practice around service charges and delivering great value to our customers through external events and networking
  • Maximising recovery of our service costs from customers and contributing to reporting of this activity to senior Finance members and internal stakeholders
  • Working with customers to get feedback on our service chargeable provision – handling customer complaints and ensuring we act on the feedback to improve
