In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, assisting with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and schedule service appointments efficiently


• Perform outbound service calls and schedule service appointments efficiently


• Follow up with customers regarding service reminders and vehicle maintenance


• Maintain accurate records in the service database


• Assist the service department with customer inquiries and concerns


• Promote service specials and assist in marketing campaigns


• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction
