Job Description

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Auftragsbestätigungen für den Ersatzteilvertrieb
  • Kaufmännische Abwicklung von Ersatzteilaufträgen und Gewährleistungsaufträgen
  • Erarbeitung von Ersatzteilpaketen (Wartungssätze, Verschleißteilsätze, etc.)
  • Klärung von Lieferterminen mit internen Schnittstellenabteilungen
  • Kompetente technische Beratung
  • Durchgängige und aktive Kundenbetreuung (regelmäßiger und direkter Kundenkontakt)
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit rundum den Ersatzteilvertrieb
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Organisations- und Arbeitsprozesse im Ersatzteilvertrieb
