Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/Matric Certificate
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Service Adviser in a franchise dealership environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work under pressure and complete tasks and assignments on time
• Efficient computer literacy

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
• Book in vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
