Job Description

Dit ga je doen

  • Werkorders verwerk je nauwkeurig en je zorgt dat deze tijdig en juist worden gefactureerd.

  • Je handelt ROB-werkzaamheden, leaseaanvragen en garantieclaims af.

  • Ondersteunen van front- en backoffice, waarbij je bij drukte incidenteel inspringt op de frontoffice.

  • Je ondersteund je collega’s om werkzaamheden volgens de richtlijnen van garantie uit te voeren en in te plannen. Je vind het daarbij leuk om jouw kennis als specialist over te brengen naar (nieuwe) collega’s.

  • Je bent bereid om onze (garantie)specialist te worden voor complexere dossiers.

  • Je vindt het geen probleem om voor periodes op verschillende vestigingen te werken (AGAM heeft 5 locaties in Zuid-Holland).

    • Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt een MBO 4 diploma in de richting van automotive of een commercieel vakgebied.

  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en hou...
