Job Description

• To prepare various reports on the dealership such as daily performance reports, weekly performance reports and monthly productivity reports (Technician Efficiency & Productivity), Service Advisors Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI Reports, and Warranty & SSC KPI’s Report.
• Compiles and maintains a complete and systematic central file of the operational activities of the department.
• Ensures availability of standard service uniforms (Technicians, Car Jockeys, Checklister) and other logistical requirements necessary for workshop operations.
• Performs duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Reports analytical Excel SOP.
