The Culinary Aide is a part of the Cornerstone team, a resident-focused, high performance, high commitment work team that supports the motto of, “creating healthy living and work environments.” As a Culinary Aide, they are responsible for ensuring that quality services are a way of life for this community where every associate’s interaction with residents and family members reflects the philosophy of Cornerstone Management Services.
A Culinary Aide is responsible for creating high quality meals and dining experiences for residents by preparing and serving attractive, nutritious, and palatable meals consistent with regulations and established policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
