The Snail is hiring experienced servers to join our growing FOH team.

We’re looking for hospitality professionals who are confident in high-volume environments, genuinely enjoy taking care of people, and are excited to be part of a fast-growing, ambitious restaurant.

The ideal candidate is warm, polished, organized under pressure, and thrives in a team-oriented service environment. Strong food, wine, and service knowledge are important, but attitude, consistency, and professionalism matter just as much.

We’re a busy New American bistro with a strong neighborhood following, a thoughtful wine + cocktail program, and a collaborative service style focused on genuine hospitality.

Compensation: $11.35/hr + tips
Schedule: Dinner + brunch availability preferred; weekend availability required
