Job Description1. High-speed SerDes system technology development (200Gbps+), including electrical and optical communications (optical interconnect).
2. Define system technical specifications and discuss system architecture with design teams (Analog, Digital, Algorithm), as well as establish models for simulation and evaluation.
3. Key SerDes technology evaluation and development (e.g., Next Gen SerDes, optical nonlinearity compensation, CPO technology).
4. Assist in SerDes IP verification issue analysis.
#LI-LL1Requirement1. Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Communication Engineering, Control Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automatic Control, or related fields.
2. Proficient in C, Python, C#, embedded systems, and MATLAB.
3. Experience in high-speed SerDes, system verification, mass production, SIPI, and optical modules is highly preferred.
