• Develop strategies, roadmap and implementation plan to drive the adoption of educational technology in teaching & learning and administration in BCA Academy, the training and education arm of the Building and Construction Authority
• Lead and implement edutech technologies such as AI-powered adaptive learning platforms, predictive analytics, immersive technologies to enhance learning experience and effectiveness
• Review effectiveness of technology adopted through advanced data measurement, learning analytics and AI-powered insights to continuously improve learning experiences and drive learner success
