SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a member of the Agency Services Division, the Executive/Senior Executive (Subsidy Implementation and Systems) will ensure timely and accurate implementation of assigned healthcare subsidy policy changes in Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) and Community Hospitals (CHs). The role also includes supporting the administration and assessment of appeals for selected subsidy policies, maintaining operational/subsidy systems, and coordinating system enhancements to ensure operational continuity and alignment with policy direction.
