Job Description
- Provide technical support and solutions for the Production and Maintenance teams for instrument-related issues.
- Liaise closely with Production and Maintenance teams as to how to reduce instrument maintenance costs and increase availability and functionality.
- Liaise with external stakeholder including government agencies on possible gas pipeline network and electrical power grid, instrument and metering interfaces to ensure conformity.
- Prepare and update instrument maintenance procedures for all instruments, PLC, Fire & Gas system, ESD, metering, CCTV and security equipment is up to date.
- Conduct root cause analysis for instrument related incident and recommend preventive and corrective actions to prevent future occurrence.
- Carry out MOCs project to resolve and improve instrument reliability and operational issues from engineering, construction to commissioning.
