Job Description Oversee the architectural aspects of a project from design development to construction completion. Work with the project team to develop and maintain timelines for project completion.
Conduct and participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure that the project is built according to plans and specifications.
Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior architects and CAD technicians
Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in construction drawings and work closely with the construction team
Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Architecture Minimum 2 years of architectural site coordination experience with building projects
Possess experience in working for A1 main contractors
