Job Description
Develop and apply predictive models to forecast future workforce supply and demand based on organizational strategic plans and major initiatives. Analyze internal and external factors impacting workforce dynamics, including economic trends, technological advancements, and labor market changes, and produce forwardβlooking insights and reports. Contribute to the development of workforce planning policies, guidelines, and frameworks to be implemented across multiple entities. Identify skills gaps at an organizational or sector level and propose initiatives to address these gaps in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Provide technical and advisory support on organizational design, including structure development, job design, and job description preparation, ensuring alignment with established standards.
