This role focuses on supporting organizations in navigating workplace injury claims, return-to-work programs, and regulatory obligations while managing financial and operational risk. Manage workplace injury and workers’ compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions, with a primary focus on Ontario. Advise employer clients on claim strategy, regulatory compliance, and cost management related to workplace injury programs. Coordinate with stakeholders including employers, insurance boards, healthcare providers, and legal representatives.
