Your responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms for WMS platforms

  • Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of production WMS applications by proactively identifying and resolving root causes of incidents

  • Collaborate with relevant DSV IT and business departments to deliver business requirements using standard warehouse solutions and identify gaps where enhancements are needed

  • Conduct IT Solution Reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and reuse of existing components

  • Implement and promote automated testing, deployment, and validation practices for WMS solutions
