As a User Experience (UX) Designer at Blackbaud, you will be responsible for designing solutions that are valuable and usable for people to use and allow them to advance and achieve their social good missions. You will partner with product and engineering peers to discover and deliver new web-based software through the entire product development lifecycle. In this position, you will be focused on designing experiences that bring innovative, data-driven solutions to the market.
What you will be doing:
Accurately framing problems that need to be solved for users and ideating on different ways to solve those problems
Creating and testing solutions to validate the user experience is both valuable and usable
