A specialist consultancy working with a well-known non-profit in the identity, security, and compliance space is seeking a UX Researcher to lead a UX and content audit of a technical documentation platform. The goal? Improve usability, structure, and accessibility of a critical conformance suite used by technical users across banks, labs, and global partners.

Reviewing technical content for usability, structure, and clarity – improving nomenclature, findability, and accessibility
