Description

Responsible for managing the activities of a group of Underwriters. Oversees the decision process for the group. Monitors decisions of Underwriters and ensures systems and work flow meet appropriatestandards. Selects and accepts major risks on behalf of the company
and assists in the planning and control of the department. Assesses most complex situations that involve greatest risk. Within company guidelines, approves or denies applications on own discretion.
