A global insurer is expanding its transactional risk practice into Latin America and is looking to appoint an attorney into the team as an M&A Underwriter to play a central role in that growth. You will be responsible for assessing, structuring, and underwriting W&I insurance across a broad range of cross-border transactions with a primary focus on the LatAm region. Working closely with brokers, legal advisors, and deal teams, you will be at the heart of high-value international M&A activity — building relationships, evaluating risk, and helping to establish the firm's presence and reputation in the region.
