**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of guidelines and procedures for credit card processing, ensuring that the guidelines comply with current laws and regulations
- Updating and improving existing guidelines based on changes in regulations and market trends
- Working closely with other departments on projects
- Identifying areas for improvement in credit card processes
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking and finance, preferably in the credit card market
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or a related field
- Strong understanding of the credit card market
- Experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
