Job Description
Senior Underground Mine Planner – Africa & Middle East
Barrick, Africa & Middle East Region are seeking to recruit a Senior Underground Mine Planner - AME.
The Senior Underground Mine Planner will lead and develop planning capability across the region to deliver safe, practical, and optimised mine plans. The incumbent will support operational performance and strategic decision-making through continuous improvement, robust analysis, and effective planning processes.
Responsibilities
Oversee long to medium term planning
- Lead the development and delivery of accurate, practical, and optimised mine plans.
- Drive scenario planning to enhance flexibility and manage operational risk.
- Ensure site operations align with plans and that planning standards are applied consistently across all sites.
