We are seeking a senior UX designer to shape the user experience for complex, enterprise-grade workflow and document-processing applications. This role is centered on user-centered design, research, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping to create intuitive, efficient, and accessible experiences for operations users working in high-volume, data-dense environments. The role will define end-to-end user journeys, establish scalable design patterns, and partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate operational complexity into elegant, usable product experiences.
