Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for company's optical transmission networking products after-sales support for SDH/HMSTP/DWDM equipment such as site survey, installation, planning, commissioning, migration and maintenance.
• Responsible for solution review and provide low level network solution design to internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for collaboration with cross-functional teams, including customers, account team, project management office, product technical sales, and other delivery network engineers, to ensure seamless system functionality from on-site survey, supervise, testing, commissioning and maintenance of network, and technical proposal of new network presales stage.
• Responsible for issues or outages recovery in the live customer network. Carry out post investigation and communicate with stake holders for root causes with final report.
