We are seeking an experienced Senior Transition & Transformation Director to lead a major enterprise transformation programme within UK policing.

This high‑profile role will drive the delivery of a new operating model across HR, Finance, Payroll, Recruitment, and Workforce Management, supported by Oracle Fusion, SaaS solutions, and a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) model.
