The position Global Capital Markets provides a full suite of trustee and agency services to the international debt capital markets. Our mandate spans bonds, loans, project finance, securitisations, escrow arrangements, covered bonds and property trusts. We act in key fiduciary and agency capacities including trustee, security agent, facility agent, paying agent and escrow agent. In doing so, we support complex cross-border transactions across a wide range of structures, including new issuances and distressed debt restructurings. The role operates at the centre of the transaction lifecycle, working closely with capital providers (including banks and funds), legal counsel and financial advisers.
