You will serve as a key support in executing and managing compensation and benefits programs aligned with the Total Rewards strategy. This role also leverages data analysis, facilitates Total Rewards policies implementation, and streamlines processes to enhance the effectiveness of Total Rewards initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Total Rewards Policies & procedures

  • Support on drafting Total Rewards policies and procedures.
  • Prepare training material related to Total Rewards procedures and policies, labor law.
  • Organize the seminars to train and communicate about new Total Rewards policies and procedures to employees

    • Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Assist in proposing and updating competitive C&B Programs.
