Technician / Senior Technician – Parkway Parade. This role reports to the Building Manager/Supervisor and is responsible for the general maintenance, repairs, and inspections of the building facilities and equipment.

• Provide frontline engineering support for M&E systems.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance services of M&E systems and equipment in accordance with schedule.
• Maintain and repair all M&E related equipment, tools and materials to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Conduct site inspections and data logging for critical M&E systems.
• Perform preliminary troubleshooting and rectification of M&E issues.
• Ensure all works carried out in the building adhere to safety standards and house rules.
• Document and report all maintenance, repair and service activities.
