Role Description

Sourcing specialised talent that powers technical projects, with full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both permanent hires and contractor staff.

This role is the bridge between Delivery and a global pool of talent, specifically targeting experts within the Google Cloud (GCP), Databricks and Microsoft Azure ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities & Outputs

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire process from initial briefing and headhunting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Strategic Sourcing: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent across South Africa, the UK, Mauritius, and other hot talent regions.
• Contractor Management: Oversee the sourcing and deployment of contractors for project-based team augmentation, ensuring quick turnaround times.
