ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across a Marketplace ecosystem — including unified account systems, CIAM integrations, and AI capabilities.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and UX to drive execution against Marketplace OKRs within a centralized TPMO structure, managing complex cross-platform dependencies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead end-to-end program management for large, cross-team Marketplace initiatives.
• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex product and platform programs.
• Translate high-level initiatives into structured programs with clear deliverables, milestones, and ownership.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and leadership to align on scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Understand system-level architecture and cross-platform dependencies to coordinate execution.
