Senior Technical Manager, Water Resources Engineering

This role is part of the Southern Ontario Mine Water Team, where you will lead complex mine water and surface water engineering initiatives in Canada and beyond.

Your Impact

Lead complex mine water and surface water engineering initiatives, shaping safe, resilient, and sustainable outcomes.

Deliver advanced hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, including flood mitigation, river engineering, and dam breach assessments.

Provide senior technical review, quality assurance, and thought leadership across multidisciplinary projects.

Mentor intermediate and junior team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Drive client engagement, build long‑term relationships, and identify new opportunities.

Direct project execution, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
