Job Summary

The Senior Technical Coordinator arranges, organizes, and checks the processes and documents needed in tender
preparation and pre-qualification in terms of Technical Package and ensures they are submitted in accordance
with client specifications and requirements. Coordinates with other Departments and form the key point of
contact within in the technical team.

Job Responsibilities 1

Monitor and verifies all technical and planning main projects requirements.

Notify the management of major delays in the projects and the status of progress.

Schedule monitoring and reporting of design projects.

Support tendering department in the preparation of technical proposals for tenders.

Communicate with the Consultant/Client in order to get an approval on the baseline schedule and arranges for a revised schedule whenever it is required.
