Role Overview

The Senior Technical Coordinator manages the technical process from planning handover through the construction and sales process, ensuring timely, accurate information to support bespoke homebuilding standards.

The role involves coordinating consultants including architectural, structural, civil, and M&E teams, reviewing and approving drawings and technical information, and ensuring design information is coordinated and issued on time. It includes managing RFIs, technical queries, and design risks, conducting buildability reviews, coordinating utilities, foundations, drainage, and infrastructure, and supporting value engineering while maintaining compliance.
