We are seeking a Senior Technical Artist to bridge visual creative direction and real-time technical execution for our Meta Quest VR games. Your mission is to achieve visual excellence while ensuring assets remain flawlessly optimized for standalone VR hardware. You will construct high-performance shaders, script complex visual effects (VFX), optimize vertex counts and draw calls, and handle basic animation integrations. Every single frame matters to maintain strict VR framerates and prevent player motion sickness.
