1.Team Leadership- Lead and mentor a QC team in a specific area (e.g., GC, Sensory, Wet Chemistry). Organize shifts, assign responsibilities, and ensure adequate staffing schedules to meet throughput.

2.Perform Lab Tests: Independently perform routine and non-routine quality control tests using various analytical and instrumental methods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications. Complete required data entries and transactions in relevant quality or lab systems.
