Job Objective/s

• Ensure that all tax assessments and tax refunds of the group are monitored.
• Ensure timely submission of required documents and reconciliations and close coordination with tax authorities and/or tax consultants to successfully close tax audits or claim tax refunds.
• Ensure that companies adhere to the approved transfer pricing policy.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

A. Tax Audits, Litigation, Refund and Health Checks

• Complete the necessary documentation and reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner to aid in the closure of BIR tax audits
• Prepare replies to Notice of Discrepancies, Preliminary Assessment Notice and Final Assessment Notice
• Execute tax health check activities by providing the necessary documentation and reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner during internal audits
