Job Description
The primary function of the Senior Tax Manager is to work with the Associate Vice President of Tax to manage the income tax function including the completion of the company’s consolidated federal income tax return and state income and franchise tax returns, prepare quarterly estimated income tax calculations, and the company’s ASC740 and FIN48 calculations. This position will also work on various other tax projects throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
Prepare or oversee the preparation of the consolidated federal income tax return and multi-state income tax returns and supporting tax calculations.
Lead preparation and review of the quarterly ASC 740 and FIN 48 calculations. Including deferred tax roll-forwards and supporting schedules.
Prepare/review provision-related financial statement disclosures and support SEC reporting requirement.
