Job Description

Our energy and resources client is seeking a Senior Talent Management Advisor (10+ years) to design and deliver strategic talent programs and initiatives.

Contract, Calgary, Onsite 3 days in office, 2 days from home. , Working Hours: MST

Must Haves

  • 10+ years leading Talent Management initiatives across corporate environments within the energy and resources sector
  • Expertise in succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs
  • Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and COE teams to implement enterprise-wide programs
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement and change management across complex organizational structures
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
