Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead mid-to-senior level hiring for our Publishing and Creative teams. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, advising stakeholders, and improving hiring processes while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.
What Youβll Do
β’ Work closely with executives and hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring priorities.
β’ Advise hiring managers on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and role positioning.
β’ Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across publishing, creative, design, marketing, and growth functions.
