We’re seeking an experienced Cleared Technical Recruiter to support our IT modernization group. This position can be partially remote working hybrid near the ICF Reston office.

**What You Will Do:**

+ Serve as a subject matter expert in full lifecycle recruiting for technical and cleared talent, supporting complex and mission-critical roles
+ Lead end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical positions, including Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity professionals, Platform Architects, Business Analysts, and more
+ Partner closely with hiring managers and program leaders as a trusted advisor, developing a deep understanding of business needs, role requirements, and clearance expectations
+ Support capture and proposal efforts, including incumbent capture, pipeline development, and identifying KP and non-KP talent
