**Senior Systems Engineer (New Kensington, PA)**
Shape next-generation sleep therapy and ventilation devices by defining system requirements, ensuring hardware and software work together seamlessly, and making the engineering trade-offs that deliver safe, compliant, and scalable products.
**Your role:**
+ Align and reconcile stakeholder inputs across complex programs to define strategic scope, success criteria, and system‑of‑systems objectives. Ensure requirements, data models, and lifecycle strategies are traceable and tied to measurable business outcomes.
+ Lead system architecture, integration strategy, and interface management across multiple projects to ensure interoperability and reduce integration risk. Resolve cross‑project conflicts through standardized interfaces, phased integration planning, and coordinated testing governance.
