Systems Engineer
Job Description
This Systems Engineer role focuses on applying disciplined systems engineering practices across the full product lifecycle for advanced small turbine engines. You will collaborate closely with hardware development teams, program functions, directorates, and suppliers to develop, integrate, and verify complex propulsion system baselines while leading digital transformation and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge small turbine engine programs, support engine and flight testing, and grow into a long-term permanent role within a rapidly expanding organization.
