The Data Center (DC) Operations Engineer designs, administers, and supports enterprise workload automation platforms, batch processing environments such as SAP and file transfers, as well as enterprise monitoring, backup, and recovery operations.
The role ensures the secure, reliable, and compliant execution of business-critical batch workloads, supporting IT Operations and application teams in a 24x7 production environment.
What You'll Do:
Operations and Production Support
Oversee daily batch operations to meet SLAs and maintain efficiency
Configure, schedule, and maintain batch jobs and workflows in AWA and SAP
Support production batch runs, ad hoc jobs, manual catch-up and recovery activities
Work with application teams on job onboarding, testing, validation and deployment
Investigate batch failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions
