**Job Summary**

The Senior System Engineer is responsible for leading the design and development of complex power electronics systems. This role involves reviewing customer specifications and requirements to develop cost-effective designs, conceptualizing system and subsystem architectures, and creating comprehensive technical documentation and budget estimates for proposals.
