Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential

Location: Holbeach

Salary: From £29,203 - £30,420 per annum PLUS additional £3k -£6k per year from sleep in's

Hours: 39 per week working long days plus additional sleep ins

Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required

We are looking for an experienced, resilient and nurturing Senior Children's Support worker to join our family home, caring for young people who have sometimes complex emotional difficulties. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and your passion and knowledge will inspire the team to achieve the best outcomes.
