Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Supervisor will assist the Management team with providing overall supervision of the day-to-day operations of various building service contracts held by Wildcat and Fedcap Rehabilitation Services. The Senior Supervisor will supervise janitorial supervisors and cleaning crews assigned to various locations.
The Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the cleaning operations for janitorial contracts, throughout the metropolitan area, which includes various locations, day, night, and weekend shifts, all depending on operational needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ Facilitates training for supervisors, lead workers, and cleaning crews; interacts with customer base to
address janitorial concerns/ issues or additional requests for detailed cleaning and floor care jobs.
+ Provide weekly inspection and operation reports.
+ Conducts follow-up meetings and reports on all service requests a...
